Police investigate drive-by shooting in Richland

RICHLAND, Wash.-- Police in Richland are investigating a possible drive-by shooting that happened Sunday night.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of Stevens Dr. at around 9:00 p.m. after getting reports of shots fired in the area.

According to Sgt. Drew Florence, at least one witness told officers the shots were fired from a vehicle that fled the scene.

Investigators located several shell casings in the area, but there were no reports of any damage or injuries, and witnesses were not able to provide a description.
