A man is on the run after Pasco police say he robbed a convenience store Monday morning at gunpoint.

Officers say they were called to the Economart at Oregon and Lewis around 6:20 a.m. after employees say a man entered carrying a black semi-auto pistol. Officers say he demanded cash and also left with scratch tickets and cigarettes, but it looks like he dropped most of them.

He then left running on foot up Main and may have had a getaway car parked on Clark.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call police.
