Pasco Car Surfer Injured

Pasco police say a teenage boy was injured on the 4th when he attempted to car surf while intoxicated, fell off, was run over and dragged several feet. The car was being driven by a teen girl who was also intoxicated at the time. Pasco police pulled the two over shortly after the incident and saw clear signs of being run over and dragged, though not serious injury, on the boy. Both were taken into custody for observation.
