Richland Police arrested a man late Monday night after a 2-hour long stand-off at the Columbia Park Apartments on Jadwin Avenue.

Officers said 28-year old Joshua Senn was wanted in connection with Friday's alleged kidnapping and armed robbery. Police searched three apartment units before finding the man with the help of a K9.

"It was pretty cookie cutter," said LT Curtis Smith with the Richland Police Department. "As soon as we were able to switch gears and move from apartment number one to actually the third apartment, we searched and we were able to locate Mr. Senn."

LT Smith says the man was also wanted on outstanding warrants.
