Police now believe three people, who reportedly kidnapped an employee of a marijuana retail store in Cheney Sunday, are heading toward Yakima in the victim's SUV.

Officers are now asking the community to be on the look out for a Gray Acura SUV with Washington plates BCV4296.

Cheney Police Department responded to the area of the Lucid Marijuana retail store located at 1845 First Street, after reports of gunfire Sunday. When officers arrived they learned that an employee was taken from the scene at gunpoint. An investigation has determined that two women and a man were seen firing the shots and driving the victim away.

The male suspect  appears to have facial and neck tattoos, the victim, Cameron Smith, was last seen wearing a Lucid baseball style hat, and a matching shirt. The suspect is believed to be driving the victims vehicle at Gray 2008 Acura SUV bearing Washington plate BCV4296.

Officers believe they are headed to Yakima because that is where the suspect said he was from. The two women were seen leaving the scene in a white Ford F-250 Utility pickup unknown license.

Police say all three should be considered very dangerous and believed to be armed.
