Newhouse Says No To Puerto Rico Bailout

A political ad campaign is asking Congressman Dan Newhouse to take a stance on the possible bailout of Puerto Rico.  The island nation has a debt obligation of $70 billion dollars which it can not pay. Newhouse says while  there is no bailout measure to talk about, congress should not come to the rescue.He says the Puerto Rico government needs to take responsibility and solve it's own money problems.
