Man corners girl starts masturbating in Walmart parking lot

A man is on the run after Pasco police say he was seen masturbating in the Walmart parking lot off Road 68 Wednesday night.

Officers say he is believed to have cornered a young girl with his car, so she could watch and then he took off.

Police say a witness called in but did not give any contact information, officers are now asking anyone with information to give them a call.
