A safety fair at the Boys and Girls Club in Pasco will help kids learn how to safely deal with everyday situations that could put them in harm's way.

Regional Service Corps-AmeriCorps hosts the Summer Safety Fun Fair on Saturday

Kids have the chance to take part in interactive activities and learn safety skills that prepare them for real world situations, like crossing the street, being near a pool, or getting safely away from a fire.

Law enforcement, firefighters, and other professionals will be on hand to help teach the kids safe habits.

Kids can also bring their bike to take part in a bike rodeo.

The first 200 kids at the fair will receive a free helmet.

The Summer Safety Fun Fair is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free. To find out more, visit rsca.us.
