The Spokane County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue unit found the body of kidnapping victim Cameron Smith in the Four Lakes area off of SR-904 Friday afternoon.

Smith's body was hidden in heavy brush just off of the road.

The 46-year old marijuana store worker was abducted at gunpoint on Sunday, September 10, by 36-year-old Donovan Culps. Investigators say Smith was sitting in his car eating lunch outside of the Lucid Marijuana store in Cheney when shots were fired, and he was abducted in his own car.

After a state-wide search, Culps was arrested in Goldendale, Washington, by local law enforcement in connection with the abduction and robbery of Smith.

Culps was booked into to the Spokane County Jail on Friday on charges stemming from the abduction and robbery of Smith.

Investigators are still looking for 18-year old Violetta Culps and another woman, who are suspected of helping with the alleged kidnapping.
