PASCO, Wash.-- A man was arrested on DUI charges Sunday after driving his car into a ravine.

Pasco Police say they responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident at E. Dock St. and S. Road 18, where they found a sedan that had gone off the road along a rail spur and high-centered on the edge of the embankment.

Two men and a dog who were in the car were able to get out of the teetering vehicle safely.

The driver performed poorly during a field sobriety test, and later provide two breath samples showing an estimated blood alcohol content of .188 and .191-- more than twice the legal limit.

The driver faces several charges, including operating a vehicle without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, and driving with a suspended license.
