TRI-CITIES, Wash.- The Parks and Recreation Departments in each of the Tri-Cities have announced its schedule for the first-ever "Carpool Cinema".


For $15 a carload, families can enjoy a drive-in style movie on a 11-foot by 19-foot LED board, with audio sent directly into their car radios, and has been approved by local and state health officials.


The first one is slated for August 21st at the Pasco Soccer Complex parking lot on Burden Blvd. Tickets need to be purchased online in advance.

Pasco: Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association Parking Lot – 6160 Burden Blvd. Friday Aug. 21 at 8:30pm, and Saturday Aug. 22 at 9:00am and 8:30pm.


Kennewick: Columbia Park 20 Acres – 2305 Columbia Park Trail Friday, Aug. 28 at 8:30pm, and Saturday Aug. 29 at 9:00am and 8:30pm.


Richland: Columbia Point Marina Parking Lot – 660 Columbia Point Drive Friday, Sept. 11 at 8:30pm, and Saturday Sept. 12 at 9:00am and 8:30pm.
