33-year-old killed in Yakima shooting

A 33-year-old is dead after getting shot in Yakima for some type of dispute with the suspect, according to police.

Yakima police say they were called to the intersection of Peach and Cornell Avenue Friday night for shots fired and that is where they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound, he later died at the hospital.

Officers say the victims identity is being withheld pending notification of relatives.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
