The Washington State Patrol is reportedly investigating violent threats made on a Facebook post, mentioning House Majority Leader J-T Wilcox and an annual gun-rights rally that took place Friday at the Capitol in Olympia.

A now-deleted post on a page promoting the "Washington 3-percenters" said Wilcox's reign was coming to an end.

Just before the start of the session, the Republican from Yelm announced the removal of Spokane Valley representative Matt Shea from the caucus following the release of a report alleging he took part in acts of domestic terrorism.
