1200 customers without phone, internet service in Kennewick

A contractor accidentally cut through two large cables at Union and Clearwater, knocking out phone and internet service for hundreds of Frontier Communications customers over the weekend.

According to an employee with Frontier, about 1200 customers lost service early Saturday morning.

It could take a couple of days to get the line repaired.
